Swimming pool
La Mouy har fyra bekväma och rymliga sovrum (vardera 32 m²). Alla rum har luftkonditionering och är inredda med synliga takbjälkar, stenväggar och egna badrum, vilket kombinerar rustik charm med modern bekvämlighet.
Sovrum på bottenvåningen
Sovrum 1 och 2 har direkt tillgång till terrassen genom stora franska dörrar.
Sovrum 1 har en 180 x 200 cm dubbelsäng som kan separeras till två enkelsängar, en klädkammare och ett badrum med dusch.
Sovrum 2 har en 180 x 200 cm dubbelsäng och ett badrum med badkar/dusch.
Sovrum på övervåningen
Sovrum 3 och 4 ligger på övervåningen och har vardera en dubbelsäng (180 x 200 cm), klädkammare och ett rymligt badrum med badkar och walk-in dusch. Franska dörrar öppnar upp mot en härlig utsikt över trädgården och poolen. Sängen i sovrum 4 kan delas upp i två enkelsängar.
Varje rum har täcken, kuddar, lakan, handdukar, toalettartiklar och hårtork. Två resesängar finns tillgängliga för spädbarn.
Pool house
Det ljusa, välutrustade köket (37 m²) är hjärtat av La Mouy. Stora franska dörrar öppnar upp mot den rymliga terrassen och trädgården, och rummet är fyllt med ljus från morgon till kväll.
I mitten står ett stort, rustikt farmbord – den perfekta platsen för långa frukostar och middagar. Skåpen är fyllda med elegant Swedish Grace porslin från Rörstrand.
Här finns allt du behöver för en bekväm vistelse: induktionshäll, ugn, diskmaskin, två kylskåp, frys, Nespresso-maskin, mjölkskummare, kaffebryggare, mikrovågsugn, brödrost, mixer och vattenkokare.
Bredvid köket finns en tvättstuga med tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Här finns också städutrustning, strykjärn och strykbräda.
En trappa leder till de två sovrummen på övervåningen och ett rymligt vardagsrum (47 m²) med synliga takbjälkar och en vedkamin.

Terrace & garden
The private pool at La Mouy is open from April to October and measures 12 x 4 meters. Surrounded by a spacious terrace with comfortable sun loungers and parasols, it’s the perfect place to unwind under the Dordogne sun.
The pool area is fully enclosed with a fence and lockable gate, and for added peace of mind, a pool alarm is also installed.
Positioned to capture the sun throughout the day, the pool overlooks the garden and the valley beyond - a peaceful spot to swim, read, or simply enjoy the view as the light shifts over the hills.
In the pool house next to the pool, you find pool toys, floats, pool towels and mattresses for the sun loungers. There are free internet and a bluetooth speaker available in the pool area.
Next to the pool, the pool house offers a relaxing escape from the sun on warm summer days. Open on two sides, it provides cool shade and beautiful views over the pool, garden, and valley, accompanied by the gentle hum of cicadas in the background.
Inside, you’ll find a comfortable seating area and a small summer kitchen equipped with a sink, fridge with freezer compartment (perfect for chilled drinks and ice cubes), and shatterproof wine, beer, and champagne glasses. Pool towels are also provided for your convenience.
The pool house is the perfect gathering spot for evening drinks, board games, or simply to unwind with music and admire the view. As night falls, gentle lighting transforms the space into something magical.
On full moon evenings, you can watch the moon rise over the valley - and once the sun has set, the sky fills with bright, beautiful stars.
Floor plans
The spacious terrace can be reached through large French doors from the kitchen and the two ground-floor bedrooms. Rustic wooden steps lead down from the terrace into the garden, inviting you to enjoy the gentle pace of life outdoors.
Here you’ll find a generous dining table and chairs, a large gas barbecue, and a comfortable seating area with sofas, coffee table, and parasols.
The terrace is the perfect spot for your morning coffee as the sun rises over the valley, or for long, relaxed evenings filled with laughter, great company, and delicious food.
The garden is open and sunny, bordered by a discreet fence that allows children and pets to play safely. A small pavilion adorned with roses and jasmine offers a charming spot for afternoon tea or a quiet moment with a book.
All around, the garden blooms with the colours and scents of the south - lavender, roses, olive trees, jasmine, rosemary, sage, and oleander - creating a truly peaceful setting to enjoy every moment of your stay.
