La Mouy gatherings

In the summer season the minimum stay is 7 days, Saturday to Saturday. Please contact us if you cannot check in on a Saturday, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
La Mouy can accommodate up to 8 guests, and infants up to 2 years old stay for free. Dogs are welcome - please let us know their breed and age when you book.

How to pay
You can pay by bank transfer or credit card. An initial payment of 40% is required to confirm your booking and the balance is due 3 months before your arrival; or full payment if you are booking within 3 months before your holiday.
Security deposit
We ask for a refundable security deposit of €500. Your security deposit will be refunded within 48 hours of your departure, unless there is any major damage to the property.
Tourist tax
Tourist tax is calculated per adult per night and is payable in cash during your holiday. The 2026 years rate is €1.90 per adult per night.
Cancellation
We recommend that you have comprehensive travel insurance including cancellation cover. If you cancel, we will try to re-let your period and if successful, we’ll refund your payment less any costs or loss incurred by us.
Check-in and out
Check-in is from 4pm and check-out before 10am.

How to pay
The gathering rate is €2,445 per person. To reserve your place, a 40% non-refundable initial payment is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks before the gathering.
Cancellation
The initial payment is non-refundable. If you need to cancel after the final balance deadline, the full gathering fee remains payable unless your place can be rebooked.

Brive airport is 1 hour 15 minutes from us, with the following route:

Bordeaux airport is 2 hours from us, with the following routes:

EasyJet: Bristol, Liverpool, London Gatwick, London Luton, London Southend
Toulouse airport is 2 hours 50 min from us, with the following routes:

TGV and trains
The TGV from Paris stops in either Bordeaux (2 hours drive to La Mouy) or Libourne, which is closer at 1 hour 30 minutes from La Mouy. You can rent cars at both these train stations.
Alternatively, you can take a local train from either TGV stations to Le Bugue, which is 15 minutes from La Mouy.
