Wine tasting

If you want to taste and learn about Bergerac and Bordeaux wines without driving, we can arrange for our wine expert to come to La Mouy and give you a fantastic wine-tasting session.

Internet

The whole house, pool area and pool house have free fast Wi-Fi by optic fiber connection.

Air conditioning

All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning to ensure a good night sleep even on the hottest of summer nights.

EV charging point

There are two fast charging points (22kW; type 2 connector) for electric vehicles 200 meters from La Mouy. You pay via the Mobive mobile app or directly at paynow.mobive.fr

Heating

La Mouy has a reversible heating system keeping the house warm and cosy in the chilly season. There is a large wood burner in the living room and we provide firewood.

Toiletries

You’ll find toiletries in the bathrooms (hand soap, hand and body lotion, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner) and in the kitchen (cleansing hand soap and hand lotion).

Bed linen & towels

There are down duvets and pillows in all bedrooms, and there are also anti-allergy alternatives. We provide bed linen, bathroom towels and pool towels.

Young children

We provide two travel cots with mattresses, two high chairs in the kitchen, children’s cutlery, plates and bowls, anti-slip mats for the baths, books, toys, indoor and outdoor games.

Pets

Pets are allowed by prior arrangement. We ask that you clear up after your pets and keep them off beds and sofas.

Television

The living room hosts a comfy seating area with a large flat screen TV that has UK and French channels and streaming apps.

Equipment

In the house you’ll find filter coffee machine, Nespresso machine, Bluetooth speaker, iron, ironing board, washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner. Each bathroom has hairdryer and towel heater.

Cleaning products

We provide dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid, detergents, bin bags, loo paper, kitchen paper and other cleaning products for your use.

End-of-stay cleaning

When you leave, all we ask is that you tidy up. We’ll clean after your departure, but would be grateful if you can put back kitchen utensils and games, etc.

Smoking

Sorry, no smoking is permitted in the house.

Barbecue

A large gas barbecue is available next to the outdoor dining area on the terrace. We provide gas.

Advice & information

Your hosts live on-site in a separate building, and are on hand with advice on where to go and what to do during your holiday.

Arrival & departure

La Mouy will be available to you from 4.00 p.m. on the day of your arrival until 10.00 a.m. on the day of your departure.

Groceries

Our closest town, Le Bugue, is only 13 minutes drive away. Here you find supermarkets, bakeries, delicatessen shops and a wine shop with experienced staff.

Books & games

The entertainment cupboard in the living room has plenty of books in English, French and Swedish, and lots of games. There are also several puzzles and toys.
